Trying to Book Palo...not working!!

Hi, I paid off our December 3rd cruise today so that I could make all of our Palo, Spa and Shore Excusion ressies. I spoke with two cast members who told me that I would be able to log on at 12:01am and make my reservations. Well, it is 12:25am and I have had NO luck!

Can anyone offer any suggestions? We are Castaway Club members and the agent I spoke with today confirmed this when I asked. I was so excited, now I have to wait until DCL opens.

Well, I am in the same boat as you. (no pun intended! )
I paid our Dec 3 cruise off several days ago so there would be no question and I can't do it, either. It says to return 75 days prior to embarkation or 90 if CC member. We are CC members and it is 90 days before - why can't we do it!!?? By the way it is now 1:20am EST.

I had a problem booking as well. Found out my browser firefox didn't open certain windows and I haad to go back thru ie to book.Same thing with the kids disney online game. Won't work with firefox. Hope this helps.

We're also on the Dec 3rd Magic. I'm going to try and book later today. I hope you were able to get through!

Can we also pre register for the kids clubs??

I just called DCL to ask what the problem was. Apparently they had the 2 other couples travelling with us down as CC members and didn't have us down! She fixed it on the phone and then I was able to make the reservations. I still couldn't make them for 6 people, though. It would only let me make them for 4.

Hi everyone, I actually got up at 3:01am, after reading another post and was able to get all my reservations set!! I am a little sleepy this morning, but well worth it!!

I am so excited because we have never gotten to experience High Tea and Palo Brunch! I hope to see everyone on board December 3rd!

I also had trouble this morning because I was not marked as a CC member. But they were very nice and found someone who could fix it. After that I booked Palo Brunch with no problem.

Has everyone on this note visited our Cruise Meet? I assume if you were trying to book this morning that you are on the 12/3 Magic. We've been very quiet lately. Come on over and let's get the excitement started!!

Gailyn - I was able to fill out the form for the Club, but I assume we still have to stop by the club on the first day to get our beepers.
