Trying to book a room it says my password is wrong

Is this just me? It says something about if I have a Disney + account I would have changed my password and that would be the new password but I don't have a Disney + account.

Same thing from MDE. It's not recognizing my password and I'm certain of it.

I've been getting the same issue for over an hour now. Even requested a forgot password reset multiple times. Nothing gets sent. Glad to know it's not just DH and myself.

Same issue for myself and my husband. Disney IT Gremlins at work I think. I’m going to give up and try in the morning. Hopefully it will have sorted itself out.

Thanks for responding. Sorry it's happening to you too but also glad it's not just me.

It's frustrating after all the discussion my DD and I had about how many days and where to go and I had it all ready to pay for and it wouldn't let me.

I hope it clears itself up.

I went through this on my 180 day dining reservation day. Set my alarm for 4:30 am, tried to log on and discovered invalid password. There was an unknown email address attached to my account. After two hours, three technicians, deleted apps etc... I had to create a new account for all of my Disney accounts.

Did this to me yesterday. I didn't change password but did come back hours later and it worked. Website messed up.

Yes. Me too. An hour or two later it let me log in with my usual password and book the resort.
