When I lost my glasses a couple of years ago, I ordered 2 pair from Zenni. I was pleased with what I got and happy to save $200 plus. However, a few months later I found my regular glasses. When I compared the Zenni pair with my original, there was a big difference. The Zenni pairs pulled my one eye to the left. I did verify the pupilary distance with my eye doctor before orderding, so I have to assume something else was wrong.

I don't regret having spent the money at Zenni, but I would caution people that sometimes the Zenni prescription may not be exact. It may not be a good choice for kids especially. But when faced with glasses or no glasses, Zenni works.

I think it took about 10 days to receive the glasses after odering.

I ordered from Zenni just after Christmas. I will say that I am not happy with the glasses, and continued wearing my old glasses. When I would wear the ones from Zenni, I feel like I am looking at things through a magnifying glass. My stepdaughter feels the same way about the ones she has from Zenni.

But that can happen with any optical place; several of us reported that here from regular stores. I tried for 6 months to get the American shop to correct the glasses, and finally gave up.

At least Zenni will refund half the money; I know someone who filled out the online form completely incorrectly using Plus instead of Minus sign and they still got half the money back for a half dozen pairs, even though Zenni wasn't at fault.

It sounds like many people with complex prescriptions are having very good success with Zenni - I know that I am with my extremely complex prescription.
