trying on jeans...

I've lost 70 pounds in the last year and went down 4 sizes and had to go buy new jeans 2 weeks ago. I was DREADING it!

The ones I've found that I love are:

Levi's 515 Bootcut
Levi's 529 Curvy Bootcut - these are my FAVES. I have a little waist for my hip size and these fit wonderfully, no gapping!

I also found some Croft & Barrow ones at Kohl's, bootcut, that are a good fit as well.

My jeans have to come from Gap. I have tried on every pair of jeans at every store in the mall and nothing fits good at all. I have fairly big hips and thanks to my darling daughter, I have a pouch for a belly now. I have to get the curvy boot cut jeans. Fit terrific. I *HATE* the way I look so if I was to try on jeans right now, I'd probably burn a store down. I'm 30 pounds heavier than I wwas before I had a child. GRRRRRRR!!!!!!

Get Thee to A Lucky Brand Jeans Store!!!

I have athletic thighs and "junk in the trunk". The Lucky Easy Rider and Classic rider jeans are perfect and they look really good. They can be a bit expensive but Lucky usually runs sales quarterly (30-50% off) and Macy's sometimes has them on sale as well.

Well, I have put off my quest for the next 5 days... thanks mother nature!!!
But thanks for all the tips on the brands. I dont think I will ever try to put my rear in a pair of Arizonas again LOL! If I had all kinds of money I would have booked my lipo and tummy tuck today
Before I had kids I had 6 pack abs and sculpted arms.... yeah, I love my kids to death. But when DD found my HS picture and asked who it was.... I wanted to smack her

The sad thing is is that the mall is over an hour away. And all I have to work with is Wallyworld, Target, and JCP.
I think I need a mall trip.... after the monthly hell of course..
