:). That got a laugh out of me. I can't help you. My wife won't let me eat at a restaurant called the yacking yeti. I might try BoG, and I haven't tried garden grill, I am not a big fan of family style.

But, I wanted to give you something to read! :). Good luck with your thread, and have a wonderful trip.

BOG- the steak sandwich and strawberry cupcake!
GG- is family style so you don't get a choice, but it is one of our favorite restaurants!

Ha!! Anytime I can make someone laugh is a good day! Yak and Yeti is the one I'm most nervous about. We wanted to try something different in AK though..and were running out of options.

Thanks for giving me something to read!popcorn::

Yak and Yeti- cream cheese wonton dessert!

Also a honey chicken dish I believe....both are worth having!

YUM!! Thanks!!!

Oh yeah..I totally knew that about GG....but totally forgot! ::yes:: thanks for the reminder!

The crispy mahi at Yak & Yeti was good. I like their appetizers, the green beans, spring rolls, tuna, salads and soup as well.

Garden Grill is family style, it was really good last time we went.

I can only comment on Be Our Guest's lunch.

We have tried the tuna nicoise salad, french onion soup, the braised pork, and the strawberry cream cheese cupcake. Everything was quite good with the real standouts for us being the salad and the cupcake.

Can only comment on Garden Grill. We went there last year (our 2nd time since 2007) and it was really good. As mentioned above family style.

You get fresh salad from the Land with dressing, good yeast rolls, and then family style Fish, Steak and Turkey and Mashed Potatoes. We had about 3 helpings of the Steak and Potatoes.

Was disappointed with the dessert this year. In years past it was more like a fruit crumble, lots of fruit with the traditional crumble on top. But this year, it was kinda like a corn bread with fruit in the middle. The homemade vanilla bean whipped cream was good though.

Try and put the kids on the end. The tables are booths in a "U" shape and it's easier for those getting pictures with the characters to stay out the outside instead of having to slide around to get out. The characters are awfully cute in their overalls!

We have eaten either lunch or dinner at Yak& Yeti every trip. We've had the green bean appetizer, egg rolls, pot stickers, honey chicken, mahi mahi, and my personal favourite is the Shaoxing steak and shrimp. The wonton dessert is awesome!!!

We've only been to Yak & Yeti. I had the lo mein with chicken and shrimp and my hubby had the duck. I really enjoyed mine but his was dry and flavourless.

Garden Grill is one of our favorite character meals!

Like others have said, the food is served family-style, & it always tastes fresh to me. According to the castmembers, some the food actually comes from "The Land" which is neat. The character interaction is normally really good, & my kids love how the restaurant slowly rotates through scenes from "Living w/ the Land." The kids' dessert is cute too.

Yak & Yeti has some great appetizers. DD loves the pot stickers, & the fried green beans are yummy too! I can't eat MSG unless it's naturally occurring (processed MSG gives me killer migraines), so the chef always makes me a wonderful beef & broccoli dish. DH enjoyed the mahi last time. And the pineapple wonton dessert is one of my favorite desserts at WDW! The atmosphere is really nice too - it's a lovely restaurant w/ some interesting architecture & décor.

We haven't been to Be our Guest yet - trying it for the 1st time this September!

Be Our Guest was great!! I've done lunch and dinner there and both have been amazing. The French Onion Soup was great, and the Lemon Murienge cupcake was amazing!! I like to order from the kids menu and get the "carved turkey sandwich" with sweet potato wedges and apple sauce. I don't do much dairy so this was a nice alternative to the ham and cheese one on the adult menu.

Yak and Yeti was also great!! Make sure to try the deep fried wontons for dessert!! They're absolutely amazing!!

Another vote for the Yakker. We've eaten there 3x and it's always been top notch. We get the steak and shrimp and the green bean appetizer. For dessert my DD gets the fried wontons, my son gets the sorbet, and I get the mango pie and we share. Good stuffs. We have dinner ressies at BOG and we'll also give lunch a wing there. Were lemon meringue cupcakes mentioned???

We went to garden grill for the first time and it was really good! I highly recommend it.

We are vegetarians and they had a very good polenta and veggie dish. A nice change from the normal offerings we get for menu-based veggie food.

Love the chicken lo mein at yak and yeti. My mom had the sweet and sour chicken and enjoyed it. My dad had the Kobe beef burger and liked it but it fell apart in his hands so kind of hard to eat. I forget what my husband had but he liked it. Won tons for dessert were good. But I didn't think they were amazing. I'm sure you will find something.

My whole family hated Yak and Yeti. Super dumbed down asian food.

*BUT* don't take my word for it cause I've seen that the majority seem to like it.

Only one on your list we have done was BOG lunch.

Steak sandwich & grilled ham and cheese were great! I ordered one DH got other & we split both!

We always try new restaurants each trip, this Sept our are BOG dinner, Boma dinner, Ragland Road and Wolf Gang Puck Cafe & returning to LTT lunch, Via Napoli, San Angel

Trying Flame Tree CS for the first time too!
