I usually stick with the old familiar places but threw in a couple of new ones this time due to schedule. I was wondering if I could get opinions from anyone who has tried the following:

Les Chefs de France for lunch
Wolfgang Puck Express for Dinner

What did you think of the food? Service? What did you order?

TIA:goodvibes

Sorry that is Wolfgagng Puck Cafe for dinner...I know they're different.

My mom and I loved Wolfgang Puck Cafe. We split a spinach salad with goat cheese, onions, pecans, and apples and the bbq chicken pizza. We really enjoyed our meal and the service was wonderful. I have heard from others though that you really should stick to their pizzas because that is what they are known for. Also, definitely skip the carrot cake my mom and I HATED it.

we just ate at W P Cafe on Sunday - grilled salmon was good as well as breaded chicken. There was a beef-pocket sandwich on the lunch menu that was also very tasty (don't know if it's on the dinner menu.) Have had very good pasta dishes there, too (but not the bolognese -- way too garlicky for us.)

As for the carrot cake, really just a matter of opinion there - two adults in our party got the carrot cake on Sunday & absolutely loved it. Other adult got the creme brulee cheesecake and was not impressed --said it tasted like plain cheesecake with a slight burnt sugar taste.

Nice to see some positive reviews on WGP Cafe. We are trying it out for our first time next week.

Chefs de France makes for a really nice meal. Plus at lunch you get to meet Remy. French Onion soup is a must!

We did WGP some time ago, the food was great, the service was great. Will go again someday.

We really enjoyed Wolfgang Puck (the sit-down on the first floor, right?) Excellent service and very good food.

Chefs is a favorite of ours. We've been for both lunch and dinner, enjoyed both. Good service (not great), good food and tasty adult beverages (kir royale!)

We have not eaten in France yet, but enjoyed Wolfgang Puck Cafe very much.:goodvibes

3 lunch stops at Chefs...TERRIBLE service. Not really the waiters fault, just the way the restaurant is set up, very few computer wait stations. Never going back. Lunch took over 2 hours one time. No way.
