So I did.....
You may have seen the Sainsburys advert for the king prawn, chorizo and rice dish. I tried it for tonights meal and it was yummy.....my girls loved it too.
I love really quick one-pot meals for weekend evenings as we've usually been out and need something quick.
Try it - easy peasy and yummy.....

Sounds lovely Joanne:thumbsup2 , I love those quick meals, even better when I don't have to cook them:rotfl2: DH working tonight so called at my Mum's with my youngset DD whilst other DD was doing her ballet class and got invited for tea.....Result:lmao:

sounds lovely:goodvibes

it sounds lovely, we are not trying anything new today, lamb and mint sauce for lunch, I wish I could buy that in a pot would save in washing up LOL

I make something that sounds a bit like that - rice, chicken, chorizo, mixed seafood (prawns, mussles, squid) green peppers, red onion/spring onion, chilli, mushrooms. Wack it all together with some cajun seasoning and it is scrummy...

Thats funny as DH liked it but said it would be nice with some sort of chilli seasoning - I may adapt it to be more like yours.....:thumbsup2

Let me know how it goes - hope you like it :goodvibes

I'm actually quite pleased with my creation this evening as well - Chicken, prawns, red onion, chilli, garlic, tinned tomatos and a slug of white wine. Mix in with tagliatelli and voila!

We were meant to have it with garlic bread but I forgot we ate the last one..

:rotfl2:

..so I did strips of warm pitta on the side instead and I have to say it's very nice - and only took about 25 minutes :thumbsup2
