We are not usually ones who 'wing it'! We usually plan the heck out of a trip. We're hoping something opens up so that we don't end up losing points. Just have to hope that someone else cancels!

Good luck! Hope ya get it. We had to plan a last minute trip a couple of years ago when DS had a medical emergency 8 days before we were to leave for DL and Aulani. We had to cancel that whole trip because he wasn't allowed to fly for 3 weeks - so we called MS to see what was available at WDW figuring we could at least DRIVE there. There were NO studios available anywhere but we DID find ONE 1-bedroom open at SSR for 9 nights by pushing the trip back by 1 week. It was a heck of thing to have to rush to cancel everything from the original trip and quickly see what I could re-plan for the new one. I felt so fortunate tho that we were able to work something out at the last minute like that. MS was really helpful in helping me search. My state of mind was such a mess - worried about DS, having to cancel a long-planned trip to Aulani like that - I didn't have the patience or brain power to try to search availability resort by resort myself. The CM I got that day was the best!!

Woohoo! Persistence and patience paid off! Was able to book the missing night we needed this morning! Now we have 2 nights at OKW and 2 at SSR. Thanks everyone for all the advice!

So excited and Welcome Home!!! As they say, nothing is ever impossible. And, when you arrive, you can always ask them to check to see if those last two nights have been freed up and maybe you'll be able to stay at one resort!!
