Troubles again with the DVC website

It won't let me sign in with the ID and password I've used forever. This happens way too often! I just wish Disney would FIX THIS THING! It's not like they put it together too fast to get it right either. It was at least 4-5 years in the making before they actually opened the interactive web site for booking etc. I'm am beyond disgusted with how bad Disney IT is!

Diane, try clearing your browser cookies, reboot your device, and try again. I was just on the site and it was working fine.

Agree you shouldn't need to do this so often but it does always work for me. Good luck.
 
Working for me, have you restarted your computer lately? Sometimes that helps! Good luck.

It happens all the time for me, I've spoken to DVC about it. I use Safari and I just go into preferences and delete the cookie for go.com then reload the page. It's a pain but it works.
 

Boy, I can name this rant, Diane! For a company that does some many things so well, their IT disappointments me frequently!
 
This morning everything in my account disappeared. I was able to login, but no points, no reservations, nothing.
If I didn't know how often the website has problems, I would have been scared to death. Now everything is back to normal.

Also, I guess what the "Remember me" checkbox is used for. Certainly not to remember me, since I have to enter login data every time.
 
Happens to me all the time too. It won't log me in. I keep trying and eventually it does...sometime logging off the internet helps and sometimes I have to clear cookies or just shut my computer down. It seems to let me go on once or twice per day and then starts to act up.
 
I could not check on room availability this morning for a reservation that I was wanting to make.
 
I know I sound like a broken record, but I never, ever have problems with DVC site, or MDE, so I have to believe some of this is on the end of user. :confused3

Either connection speed, or browsers, or security settings.

If it truly was a problem with the site, wouldn't all of us experience problems at some time.

I use Google Chrome, I keep my computer very clean, no games, ever, dump files daily. Use CleanUp daily, run Malwarebytes once a week.
