We have a satellite system, so we won't need the cable. UNLESS there is a problem with the trees blocking the signal. Has anyone had trouble with that?

:wave2:

Well so far we have not had a problem we have a auto tracer system and in loops 300,500,700,900,800,1300 and 1600 we get 92-100% every time hope this helps. :wave2:

StillH20,

Could you give me some more specifics on the make and type of antenna system that you use. I have a home coverted tripod unit and I have never gotten better than 70%. I didn't even bother at Disney because there seemed to be too many trees for a clear shot.

Thanks

We are always in the pet loops and get it 50% of the time. DH can usually eye up what site is best. When we don't we just put up the antenae and "rough it" :rotfl: That's about as rough as it gets when we 'camp' in our rv! LOL

If you didn't know you can go to your satellite setup menu and change transponder # up and down I think there are 38 transponder some have better signal some not as good. We don't get 100% first try some I just change transponder until I do. Hope this helps..
