Trouble with On-line Check-in?

Anyone else having problems? Tried to change my credit card on file yesterday and kept getting the Goofy error page that says can't process on-line check in. Called and MDE CM said they are doing "magical enhancements" that should, "maybe", be completed by the end of the evening. Tried again today and get the same Goofy error page. This is our third trip since August where we have had trouble with this! Should be simple enough to change a credit card on file.

We have had trouble with changing the credit card on file, too. The advice that I received from a very smart Disney tech guy was to go into my profile and completely delete the credit card on file. Then wait a day. He says that sometimes the Disney website doesn't catch on that you've changed the card, but if you wait a day before entering a new one then the old card will completely erase from the system and the new one can be entered.

I've done this twice since then and it has worked great.
