Trouble with MDE website today??

My 180+10 days for ADRs is Nov. 5 From time to time I do a trial run to see what reservations are showing up at the current furthest day out. All day long today MDE on the computer has given the message in red: We're sorry, there is a problem searching for reservations at this time.

I can make a reservation on the MDE app on my phone but I prefer using the computer. I wanted to be so prepared for Nov. 5 and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing a problem with MDE on a computer.
 
I haven't tried yet today but last night after trying a couple of dates everything was returning the exact same times & locations on different dates so the search definitely wasn't working.
 
I've had to ring up today. I cancelled a BOG breakfast for Friday and it was still showing on MDE - she told me it is cancelled but 8 hours later it's still showing and so won't let me look for a different time as it's saying I have a booking :(
 
My 180 was last week. I really wanted to use my PC to make MDE ADRs, but the calendar wasn't going out to the appropriate date.....despite refreshing and re-logging in. I ended up having to use the app on my phone. After that, I was able to pull up the reservations on the PC to make a couple of time adjustments. I would make sure you are prepared with any available devices.

I had this same issue and used the chat help feature to have them fix it, was easy and quicker than waiting on hold. On their end and in my email confirmation it was cancelled but MDE would not show as cancelled until she took care of it for me.

I have not been able to get online on my PC w different browsers (chrome and edge) or on the app. I too have been getting Stitch and "someone ate the page" mssg or the red sorry we can't process right now etc mssg.

They helped you fix the comp problem over chat or helped w dining ressie over chat?

They helped me fix the cancelled/not cancelled reservation problem.
 
It's all very frustrating. We are staying CL so I could have DSS make the reservations but I really wanted to do it myself.

ETA ~ I tried using Firefox browser rather than Safari and this morning that worked (yesterday it did not).

Yeah. I cancelled a bunch last night - they showed cancelled then and I have the cancellation emails, but this morning 2 of them are showing.

I also changed one - which meant cancelling another - have the email confirmations of those, but MDE still showing the one that was cancelled and the changed one is nowhere to be seen.
