Trouble with Disney Honeymoon Payments?

Hello All!!

Our balance date is quickly approaching 9/28!

I was wondering how everyone else went about paying for the balance? All in one lump sum, or payments?

I have tried to make at least 2 payments online- but every time it says it is accepted, my balance never changes and my credit card never gets charged. Anyone else have issues with the online system? So I am kind of leery to keep trying it and then having the entire balance on my credit card!

Can you make a payment over the phone on a balance?

I had the same problem trying to pay online. I actually got it to work earlier in the year but recent tries failed, just kept getting emails saying my reservation was confirmed. I called the number and there is an automated payment method that allows you to enter the amount you would like to pay. Good luck and enjoy your trip!

Thanks so much!! What number did you call? Just the reservation number?

Yes I just called the reservation number and when it asks what you need help with say "make a payment". It leads you through an automated process... (which can frustrating for me because computers don't always understand my southern accent! ) You can also wait for the option to speak with someone live.
