Trouble with 7 month reservation around Memorial Day?

We are planning to take the family to WDW over Memorial Day in May 2012. Probably looking at the Saturday before MD through the following weekend. We've gone ahead and booked AKV since it's our home resort, but we are thinking we might want to change to BCV and/or BLT at the 7 month window. Any insight into how booked up things get during that time? I think most schools don't get out for another week or so, but it's a holiday of course and probably Star Wars weekends.....

I've checked the overall availability boards, but those don't show 7 months just overall bookings. Any insight would be much appreciated! Thanks!

PS - I've seen the touring plans crowd predictions, but anyone have real life experience with the crowd levels? Mostly at HS due to Star Wars Weekends? Thanks again!

We've gone to Disney the past two years, starting on Memorial Day weekend, and then staying for the following 2 weeks. We have had very good luck in getting great reservations at the 7 month mark. I have gotten BCV 2 bedroom dedicated, BLT LV 1 bedroom, and a LV 2 bedroom, KV 2 bedroom (twice), and a standard view 1 bedroom at BWV. I have already planned part of our vacation for next year, and used my BCV points to secure our 2 bedroom for one of the weeks - am waiting until the 7 month mark to book the 2nd week.

As far as crowds - they seem higher for MD weekend then for the rest of the week, or the following week. SWW at DHS is very crowded. We went on a Sat morning, got there at RD, and went straight to TSS for a FP. By the time I got there, the line for FPs was to the Little Mermaid. The return time was after lunch, and I got the FP before 9:30 - crazy!
