In the past, I have used my Visa Rewards points to pay for a WDW room and charges on our cruise. However, WDW told my mom that her total balance was due for our trip in March and that she could not pay with the Rewards card. (Unfortunately, I think she may have been using the term Disney Dollars, but also said Visa.) She's had to pay off the whole package including room, meals and tickets without using the rewards points. Can she use them when she checks in? Will they credit the credit card? Or should she call back and try over the phone again?
