Trouble signing up for Ibotta?

Trying to sign up for Ibotta online. Have used Chrome and IE. On both browsers, once I get to the cpatcha verification it just doesn't do anything. "Click on all squares with a car". Ok, done. Hit submit. Nothing at all. Captcha disappears. If I click "sign up" the captcha appears again and is showing the boxes I already checked off. Any ideas? Doing this on my computer, not a phone.
