Trouble signing into MDE

I am having trouble logging into my MDE on Chrome. I'll sign in and it doesn't seem to really work because once it goes through the steps, I still only see the generic welcome page with the prompt on the top to sign in. If I click on "my plans", etc., it just loops back to the sign in page. I have checked and the top of the website states "United States English". Any tips to fix this?

Try a different web browser. Also make sure all Ad Blockers are disabled and clear your cache + cookies.

Though, MDE is notoriously buggy, so it wouldn't surprise me if it's the website itself acting up again.

@EpcotPhoenician I can sign in okay on Safari but prefer to use Chrome. I just cleared my browsing history and it worked. Thanks a lot!

You can also try using a browser in incognito mode. A CM suggested that to me.
