Trouble Signing into DVC

I'm having the same problem with both mine and my husbands accounts

This is how I got in. I have the same email log in for MDE and DVC Close the DVC window, log into your MDE account. Then bring up a DVC window. I am automatically logged in to DVC. MDE is glitchy today too.

So they can't book over the phone either? I tried the MDE way and couldn't get anything to come up and still prompting to sign in.

I ended up calling right at 8am est. was able to get a 1 bdrm akv club level. Was hoping for a 2 bdrm but at least I got club level. Now of course I'm wide awake here on west.

I think this is how I got in too, I just didn't realize it. I couldn't log in again just now so I saw this and tried it and it worked. Hope they get this straightened out soon but I don't have high hopes with it being a holiday weekend.

I just tried logging in also and it is telling me that my password is not correct. Mind you it is my PW which is saved on my computer so no way that it is incorrect. I'll try the MDE way of getting in.

Those studio portions are hard to come by! As you said you got something. I settled for a 1 bedroom for our March stay.

Now I can't even log into DME for the workaround, it keeps saying I need to update my account information and when I click submit it says there's an error in my information...but wont tell me what the error is

I can log on now, after a morning of not being able to. I guess Disney fixed the problem sometime today.

I have been unable to login the past three days

pmaurer74 - You (and probably most of the others having trouble) need to call MS and get help. It's not going to get better by itself. I was able to log in just a moment ago and was also able to access the booking engine. I was also able to log in successfully yesterday. The problem seems to be the recently made changes that tie all Disney accounts together with email address for the login ID. Even if you have always used your email address for a login, call!

I was having the same problems a few weeks ago. I called, the CM did something to my account & had me reset my password ( I used same one as always) while he was on the line and everything has worked just fine since then.

I don't even try to make a new post, since this is an ongoing issue. Tried to log on this morning and got nowhere. Got a new login screen too. Just another day in DVC IT world.....ugh.
