Trouble Signing into DVC

Is anyone else been having problems signing into the DVC website? I have not been able to get in the last three days, my DH can't get in either.

When we sign in, a screen pops up asking for our member number and the one time activation code, as if we are new members. We signed up for this years ago....back in 2009 and I was in the website fine just a couple months ago. Whenever there is a glitch on the website, I usually just wait it out a few hours or the next day and things are fine but this has been going on for 3 days now.

UPDATE: I was told that they were doing an update to combine duplicate accounts which is what happened to me. My user name then changed back to my first original account and I ended up resetting my password and I'm all set now. I forgot that I even had a duplicate account because I accidentally created it because I was confused so that may be other people's problem too.

You need to call MS - there have been several similar situations in the past weeks. They will help you both.
 
Call member services, they will help in reseting you log in and password. This happened to me and also a lot of other DVC members as well. From my understanding in talking to a DVC rep Disney wants to have us use our email address as the log in going forward.
 

cant log in this morning. Tried both my account and my husband's account. We use email addresses and had no problem getting in yesterday. Guess I'll tried my daughter's account.

I'm having this problem. I can login on the regular Disney site no problem (same email and password) but the DVC site is saying the password is wrong. I clicked forgot password and did a new one and it's still telling me it's wrong.
 
Same problem here, can not log in! At least I know I am not alone with this problem.
 
Yea, I checked my daughter's account (different DVC membership) and the same thing. And sadly, I'm not surprised and have come to expect issues with the DVC site.
 
I got on MDE account with no problem. Every time this happens, I always think, today is someone's 7 month or 11 month window.....what a PITA. I was doing my morning status check and stalking for my waitlist(s).
 
I can't get on this morning, it's telling me I am putting in an incorrect password, which for sure I am not.
 
Ugh, woke up at 4:45 here on the west for my 11 month window ON MY BIRTHDAY and can't log in. NOT HAPPY!
 
Aargh!!!:mad::badpc: Tried 3 times signing in with two accounts and says my passwords are bad?! ***
 
I can't log in either! Should I try the change password option?
I read further up this thread that changing the password didn't seem to work either...I considered doing the same thing, but I will hold off as it's a pain to change it for all of Disney sites at that point.
