Trouble signing in on-line?

Is anyone else having problems signing in to DVC on-line? I try to sign in, and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. This has been happening for the past few weeks. I called and got my password e-mailed to me and I am using the right one. The caps lock is not on and the numbers lock is.

Is there a problem or is it just me?? I'm getting frustrated! I need to bank points by the end of October!:mad:
 
No problems with the member website for me. There are a number of other Disney websites will prevent you from accessing the member website if you are logged on to one of them. I can't access the member website if I'm logged onto DisneyStore.com.

You can also call them to bank you points.
 
I'm not logged in right now to any other Disney website. I tried to call earlier, but they are closed for the night. Just thought I'd ask if I was the only one having problems.

I too am having major probs with site, keeps telling me its unavailable at the moment.
I have cleared all cookies etc, logged on/off and now its driving me spare!

I didn't do anything to the DVC log-in but that somehow got screwed up and it won't let me log in at all! Up to then I never had any problems. Are the two log-ins connected somehow?:confused3

I think they've been updating the site some. I wonder if that has affected it?

Changing your user ids on some Disney sites can screw up your login for the member website. If your still having problems with the member website, call MS and they can reset your login. Once they do that, you will need to follow the steps as if you have never accessed the member website before.

I'd pretty much decided that's what I'm going to do anyway. Thanks for the advice.
 
:mad:So I called DVC member services and the rep tells me that since I am an associate member, she can't even email me my password unless I can tell her my membership number. Does she think I have it memorized?? I usually look on the website to find the number before I call them. Since I can't get on the website, so I can't get the membership number!!! ERRRRRR!

Then she offers to give me the phone number of my parents so I can call them to get the number. So it's okay to give me their phone number, but she can't send an email to the email address on the account?? Does this make sense??

We are remodeling at home so I hope that I can find the number somewhere--not sure where the paperwork is. And I'm sure my parents won't know--I take care of it all for them.

Very frustrated right now!!!!:mad::mad:
 
Ugh. I'm an associate also, but we ordered an additional membership card so I keep one in my wallet.
 
I didn't know you could get an extra card--I'll have to get my parents to do that.

We had a reservation a couple of months ago--I know where the confirmation letter is so I will check that tonight and hopefully it will have the membership # on it. Otherwise I may have to call and pretend to be my mother! :rolleyes1
 
Well, thankfully my sister had our membership number so I was able to call and get my points banked and reset my online account. Very glad to get that taken care of! :o
 
I had a problem similar to this right after the last maintenance. It would not accept my password, and when they emailed me my password it was not all of it, only part of it. MS said that they would need to get IT involved, it was starting to get messy. So what I did was login to the Disney Dining site using my DVC username and password (which worked perfectly there) and reset my password to something different. Since then, I have not had an issue!
