Trouble Renewing Passport Online

Hi everyone! Is anyone else having issues with the website in regards to renewing your Annual Passport?

I received my e-mail notification letting me know that it's time to renew, and when I click on it I keep getting directed to my Passholder profile page. I really can't figure out where to renew. All the links that have something to do with renewal keep directing me to the same page.

Is anyone else having this same problem? Thanks in advance!

I wish I was, since it would mean I get to renew my pass that expires Sept. 11.

Hope you get it worked out. I know the website's AP section has been kind of screwy since they converted over to the new site.

Yes, I'm having problems accessing the AP portion of the DLR site. I tried many time yesterday and all I could ever get was the page for profile changes.

I got in last week, so it was probably just a glitch that Disney's IT will fix now that it's a regular weekday.

I think you're giving them too much credit.

Sorry, but for a website that gets as much traffic as Disney's, I'm often surprised at how unprepared they seem to be for said traffic. JMO though.

It bugs me that now you have to put in your AP number. I don't always have my pass handy and every time I want to go on the site now, I need the number.
