Trouble printing voucher

Help! I clicked the info so we all would be getting the voucher. when I hit the green button to print it show nothing, just blank pages.
So what do I do, email them? or assume since others have said and when you go to redeem at Disney then they look it up anyway???

When I hit the green print button, a little bar comes up at the top of my screen that I have to click to allow the download.

I don't recall a green bar, but I do know it was in pdf format. Do you have Adobe downloaded on your computer?

There is no green bar, just that the font is green that you click to print them. Yes, you are right though that they are in PDF format. If they don't have Adobe that might be it too!

Definitely make sure you have Adobe Acrobat installed. When you click "print" it actually gives you a PDF file that you need to be able to open and THEN print.

I have the same problem. It simply comes up with a blank page with the PDF name showing in the URL.

I definitely have Adobe installed as I use it all the time.

Anyone have this problem that has gotten it solved?

Are you running a current version of Acrobat? I only ask because when I first tried printing my vouchers I was on my old system with an old version of Acrobat installed and it couldn't read the files. I switched over to my new system with the current version and everything worked fine.

In my case it turns out there must have been problems with the Disney server. I tried it again 30 minutes ago and it worked fine.

For anyone else who experiences this problem I would suggest you wait a few hours and try again.

Thanks, I printed my DH"s with no problem last week. I am trying to print the rest of ours and nothing. I will try later.

Still couldn't get it to print for me. But went to my parents and it all printer fine on their computer.

Ok, printing done. I think it was my pop up blocker.

I've tried everything, but still no voucher. I have the latest version of Adobe...I use it all the time. My pop-up blockers are turned off, so that's not it either. I've even tried with a different printer. I'm getting rather anxious, but glad to hear that I'm not the only one. If anyone solves the mystery, please post.

Sounds like it may be Disney's site.

Totally a guess, but I wonder if the first big wave of volunteers are flooding the site trying to print vouchers and the server can't handle it. I know the site had major issues the very first weekend with all the traffic.

I think it is an issue on Disney's end. This morning I tried on 3 different computers with 3 different operating systems and 3 different browsers. Each time an empty browser tab opened with a title containing 'PDF'. No luck!

Just now, though, I had success! Instead of a new tab opening in my browser, I got a download file question box, and then Acrobat Reader opened with reedemed.pdf.
