Trouble Printing out the Race Waiver

HI
This is my 1st ever running event and I'll be doing the 1/2 Marathon. I received an email saying that I can print out the race waiver, but when I tried to, nothing happened. I've checked to make sure I have the Adobe Reader and the most updated version. My DSIL couldn't print out hers either. Is there a "trick" to this? Anyone else have problems printing theirs out? Does Disney mail out any race info. to us like our waivers?

Thanks

P.S. How do you already know your bib numbers already?

My waiver took a looooong time to print out at home. I think because I have a slow connection. The bib numbers are on the waiver but I think if you hold your mouse cursor over the waiver link you can see your bib number.

The link should take you to the area that you check to make sure you are registered. You put in your Last name and birthdate. At the screen that show you full name and what race you are doing it should have a place on that same line with your name that says something like print waiver. After you click on that it takes a minute for the waiver to come up. Then you print it fro there. Your bib number is on your waiver. You print it and sign it and brin git with you with your ID to the EXPO to pick up your bib and goody bag.

Thank you, everyone, for your help. The download took forever to do before the waiver showed up but I finally got it printed. I just needed to have some patience.

I have a high-speed connection, every other site out there is loading just fine, and this waiver is now 20 minutes + downloading. How long is long????

This is the second computer I've tried to print it on. First was at work, and I assumed it wasn't getting past my network's firewall, but that shouldn't be an issue here at home.

Very frustrating.

Oh, ok now it says "We are unable to find your waiver at this time." I wonder if their server this is running on can't handle the traffic. It gives me an email address if I keep getting the error message. I definitely saw my confirmed registration, on the previous page.

What's more, the original email makes it sound like you HAVE to print this and bring it with you, but on the confirmation page, it says "If Print appears in this column, save time at the Expo by clicking on it," leaving me to think they will have a printer there and can do this for you.

Hmm, ok now while I have a window open that states they are unable to find my waiver, a new window just opened that does indeed look like it's downloading something. It seems like the confirmation page just generates a URL with your bib number and name, for the server to lookup your form. I copied that, I guess I can go straight there next time, if this doesn't load now. Maybe I'll try this at 2 a.m. and see if there's less traffic.

I just got mine to finally pull up so I could print it. I had it over the weekend, but no where to print it so now I'm all set.

I think they were having some trouble this morning. :thumbsup2

Yup, got it open, finally. I think it's still unclear whether you really HAVE to have it with you. It looks more like they're hoping you bring it.

If you don't have it with you, you will have to go and look up you bib number and then fill out a blank waiver with all of your information that is already on the downloaded one. More lines and work(and time) if you don't bring it :(
