Hi! I just purchased tickets via a reputable non-disney broker (not sure if I can mention the name here). I copied the eticket number into my MyDisneyExperience, choose the parties for the tickets and received a confirmation screen. The site then told me I should reserve parks for my days and it brought me to the park calendar. But when I try to reserve it tells me I need tickets and/or I have invalid tickets.
Could this be because I just added the tickets to my account? I know the disney call center has a long wait and i'm hoping to avoid having to call them.
