Trouble linking reservation

So previously I had no issues viewing my reservation on the website, I customized our magic bands, and saw the dates that I could reserve dining, and fast passes. Well today when I went to go look at it again, and remember the dates to reserve stuff it took me through account set up(saying they updated their website), and now I can't link my reservation. Anyone else having issues?

Account setup is a very bad sign! That means you've just created a second account. Or a "ghost" account as I like to call it. It has happened to several of my family members. You will need to call Disney and try to get it resolved. Usually the reason it would prompt you to create your account again is if you enter the wrong email address or password. Just make sure you don't link anything to that new ghost account. Don't use it for anything, don't make dining reservations, etc. Just leave it be for now until you can get back in to your original account.
