Just wondering if anyone else has had any trouble getting a refund back when they cancelled their reservations. We had ressies for Disneyland and then decided to go to WDW instead. I called on April 22 to cancel. They said that it would take 4-6 weeks for it to be credited back to my credit card. I wasn't very happy about that but there wasn't anything else to do but wait. Well 6 weeks was up this past Sunday. I have called back everyday since then and I have gotten absolutely NO WHERE. They keep telling me that they have sent e-mails to the billing department and will get in touch with me as soon as they hear from them. I'm wondering-----what else can I do. Has anyone else been in this situation and if so, what did you do to get your money. I am getting VERY frustrated.
