Trouble entering Coke Rewards?

I have a pile of codes I am trying to enter and for 3 out of 4 codes it is telling me I am entering them incorrectly. I've been entering codes for 3 years now and never had this issue. In the message it says if it looks like an o it is a zero or something like that. Even for codes that don't have 0s.

Anyone else having trouble?

I am. I entered 10 codes yesterday that said that they were already entered. I don't know how that could be since the 2 juices, 7 diet cokes, and 1 sprite were just opened this weekend at our family gaithering. I emailed them and I'm waiting to hear back.

I have a lot of problems especially with Ks vs. Hs. The way the printing is wobbly sometimes you can't figure out which one it is. I just keep switching them until I hit the right one.

I also have problems with Fs and Ps (sometimes it looks like an F, but what really happened is the last few dots of the P "wandered")

And 4s and As...

And 6s and Ss...

And probably others...

I've found I have to really look carefully at the dots sometimes to see how things have moved around. It takes quite a bit of detective work sometimes! But there's only been 1 code I've totally given up on.

I hardly ever have problems... I only have about 2-3 codes out of 1000 points that I can't figure out for the life of me LOL.

I just entered my 120 pts for this week (all bottle caps) with no problems.

I was able to enter 40 codes tonight with no problems. But I've run into that problem before. Sometimes I've ended up throwing away a bunch of codes because the system won't recognize them, then the next day I'm told that I've already entered them. I never thought to e-mail about the trouble - of course, I drink way too much coke and have waaaaay too many codes.
