Trouble Docking at Castaway Cay in Fall & Winter???

Where do you suppose the 50% statistic came from? I don't believe that for second.

I once heard that 90% of statistics are made up on the spot. Of course, I immediately told the speaker, that meant there was a 90% chance his was too!
