Trouble contacting San Angel Inn

Hello Folks,
I've been trying to reach them to discuss a dietary request for an upcoming trip. WDW operators only have the # for the "corporate headquarters" of the restaurant. I've called twice and whoever answers says they'll connect me to the podium, then I get disconnected altogether. The # I have is 407-842-1100. Anyone have a more effective method of contacting them? As always, thanks for your help.

If I were in your shoes I might try to contact Epcot Guest Services by phone and see if they could transfer you from there to the San Angel. I would certainly think that there would be a phone at the restaurant. If they can't find the number there it might be worth asking if Guest Services could relay the message to the restaurant and have them get back with you.

Just a thought...
