Trouble canceling reservations online

Have been having intermittent issues of canceling on the website and have to resort to chat several times now.

One CM suggested clearing cache which I have on several different computers/browers/phones and still have trouble canceling some reservations. Just today had to move 2 more and both required CM Chat to assist.

Anyone with this issue or suggestions to chase down the cause?

Did any of them have OTU or transferred points? Could that be it?

Unfortunately, I have no other help.

OTU? Not transferred. Same use year (not borrowed or banked) - same contract; not mixed contract.

I have this trouble only with VGC reservations.

Ok. Those are the ones I'm having trouble with too. Aulani reservations not an issue moving those around.

Not otu either. So vgc ....nuts since that's going to be our primary landing spot too. Oh well.

I can't believe they haven't fixed that problem yet.

What I discovered well over a year ago is that the system removes your email address from VGC reservations and that is what prevents the cancellation. Go in and modify the reservation and leave everything the same but add the email address. Finalize and save that change and then you'll be able to cancel it.
