Trouble buying MNSSHP tickets

My TA is trying to get tickets for us for MNSSHP for 9/21. Every time she tries it says our credit card is denied. I have given her 3 different card #s to try. None of them are anywhere close to the credit limit. I even called Chase. They said it was on Disney's end. All 3 cards show where the charge was processed and then immediately credited back. She has tried 3 different days.

I bought mine online at the disney site, maybe give this that a try

My TA said she couldn't buy the hard event tickets to MNSSHP for us and that I would need to go to the website or call.
