Trouble booking September Free Dining!!!

Is anyone having trouble booking a trip in September via the WDW website? I'm trying to price trips (taking advantage of the free dining offer) and it keeps saying that ALL resorts are unavailable.

I've tried varying my dates, resort choices, etc. but it keeps saying that "the resort you have selected is unavailable, please choose another".

But I called WDW reservations last night and they were giving me prices of free dining plan offers.

The website has a glitch and I really don't want to go over 20 different scenarios with a person on the phone.

I am having trouble with my pin code. It's good for several dates for the rest of the year and I keep pulling up my dates in August to see if anything else has become available but it's telling me there is nothing at any resort. I know this isn't the case because it went from there being availability at almost all resorts to nothing overnight. It's been this way for at least 3 or 4 days. Not a big deal because we're already booked but kind of annoying.

Exactly. I am not going to call in long distance AGAIN just to browse what *might* be available. As it is I've had to call for everything every step of the way. I've had trouble with just about every aspect of booking things for this trip and my December one. They won't be getting a 15th phone call from me. The website is horrendous.

If the web site is not working properly then your only option is to call them or call a travel agent ( they use a different site so maybe it is working ). Because they only allow so many rooms per resort for special offers I would not wait to long because the longer you wait the harder it will be to get the room you want. My TA was sick the day the free dinning came out and her manager was taking over. Long story short, she drop the ball and by lunch time the room I wanted was gone, but I did get the resort I wanted.

The website is fixed, so it looks like I complained enough that they noticed!

Going to discuss plans with GF tonight - should be booking a September trip!!

Yep, neither was working Wednesday and the TA site was down yesterday, but the regular site was up. Not all resorts are available though, but you might try different dates if possible.
