i'm sorry you're having problems with this. i suggest you call Disney and ask them for the Photo Pass phone number and talk with them about it.
there's been a lot of problems with the Photo Pass since they've started it. before i even used it i heard of people losing their photos or having someone else's photos on their pass.
i went last year to Disney and my DF proposed to me while they were taking pictures and they took about 8 pictures. when we got back to the place to buy them we were debating "should we buy a package of each photo? what if a family member wants more than one picture?" and the guy at the photo place said "oh don't worry about it you can always buy more when you get home" so we decided that was a good idea and just bought the one package of when he actually asked me(on his knee). well we got home and were having nothing but problems with the site. it kept saying our card was "invalid" so we called and called and got the run around "oh so-and-so isn't in right now" and then we finally got a phone call back.......they had lost all of our photos. somehow when they went to upload them onto the card, they all got erased
i even called the photo place at Disney a week later to see if maybe we were still in their system but they only keep the photos in their system for 3 days until they delete them.
i had gotten ahold of someone from Disney and told them about the situation a few months later. the woman apologized and asked me for my name and address and said she'd send me the copyright for the one picture we got so we could make copies, and "something special" for all of the trouble. needless to say, a year later, i haven't seen anything.
i will make sure someone else is taking my pictures as well as the photo people and i'll purchase all of my photos there.
i hope your situation isn't as outrageous as mine, i hope yours is just a glitch. let us know what happens!
