Trouble accessing AP resort discount

I am trying to access any of the Annual Pass discounts on resorts, but this isn’t working since yesterday. When I click on the link to view say the latest one at bottom for early 2025 it takes me to the buy annual pass page rather than view special.

I know my annual pass is linked and I can do other things that recognize my AP (eg park reservations with hotel booking).
I have also tried DH account and he has the same problem, takes him to purchase AP rather than view special offer.

This definitely worked before yesterday for both of us, I have heaps of resort bookings - but I am always checking for better opportunities and now I can’t see them.

Could someone else who has an AP voucher (not activated pass) please try to access the specials and see if it works for them. I don’t want to call if this is a system wide issue (it costs a lot from Australia particularly if working with their IT dept) because hopefully they are working on it to fix it.

Works for me (I have an inactivated voucher). I am logged in to my account and then just do a resort availability search from the home page (where is says "Build your Vacation") . It shows me AP offer as part of the results (not that there are any decent ones for my upcoming trip!) Another way it works is if I click "Places to Stay" from the home page and search availability from there.

ETA: But if I go to the special offers page and click the offer for early 2025, I get what you're getting--it just goes to the AP page.

I see you’re from Australia. I’m from Canada and when I had an AP, I could only access the room discounts if the Disney world website was set to “United States” beside the login at the top of the page rather than “Canada English”. Double check to see if that’s the problem.

Thank you for the suggestion, that wasn’t the problem. It fixed itself eventually, so it was probably related to the update and after logging on and off a few times and refreshing the browser.

I’ve been having problems all week. Sometimes it works and others I can’t get AP rates just the general public sale.

It is happening again to me right now, was fine yesterday, but no amount of log in and out is working right now. Going to give it a day 😀
 
I had trouble yesterday, as well as today. My AP expires at the end of January, but I am defintely renewing. The chat box people really can't help. They told me to call....Im just checking rates and don't really want to speak to anyone. Hope this clears up soon.
 
Happening to me today, no AP offers work to click on Special Offers link and none show in the available offers for specific resorts. And I have an active AP that expires in December plus the renewal voucher sitting in my list of passes.
 
Ugh happening to me for the past few weeks. When I click special offers, it just goes to an AP info page. I usually use Chrome, but also tried Edge. It does work on my phone which uses Safari but I hate booking there as I want to look it over and make sure it's correct.

What I found worked, today at least, was to make sure I was logged out completely, then go to the special offers page, then click the link for one of the AP offers, then click Check Availability on that page to get to the log in prompt to log in and search for availability.

Clicking the offer when already logged in took me to the AP purchase page.
Checking availability from the main page or any other offer page showed me availability for all other types of offers except AP offers.
