Just wanted to give an update on these two storms and to ask for prayers and pixie dust for those affected.
TS Gaston has come ashore in South Carolina about 30 miles south of Charleston. Dumping a LOT of rain and at this point at least 75,000 homes without power.
Hurricane Frances is still in the Caribbean, but the path in terms of landfall is still undetermined. It is already a Category 4 storm and they expect more strenghthening.
I know we have some DIS'ers in the South Carolina area....hope you are safe and well and feel free to correct or add to my 'report'.

(It might be the floor for him, though, depending on his behavior!)
Oh, I forgot. You guys in Florida don't have cellars.
Uh oh. You need a Plan B. Or maybe a plan F -- for Francis.

? LA was warm, sunny, blue skies, nice breeze, no humidity ... I came home to heat & humidity & possible rains from hurricanes coming our way ... something is wrong with this picture
