Tron ride photo

Did anyone not get their tron ride photo? We got all the other rides from that day - haunted mansion, pirates but no Tron. I filled out the online missing photo form but it’s been a week and haven’t heard back so I’m guessing no photo. I wonder if the new magic bands get low on battery you don’t get your ride photo?

Seem to recall a recent thread on the issue of missing Tron photos. Some also said they didn't get theirs, but some did.

I know when we were at Disney back in 2019, the ride photo feature was hit/miss on various rides. We got most of ours, but sometimes we would get a photo with a car full of people we didn't know !!! Assume it was the group in front or behind us. Some sort of IT glitch can probably also mess up the photo distribution as well.

Not necessarily. We had a missing photo from our visit in January, and it took them close to a month to find it, but they did!

We have ridden twice. Once for the ap preview (I believe it was March 10th) and once a few weeks ago and we didn’t get either photo.
I chalked it up to our magic bands being older.

I road 7 times between 4/10-4/19 and I got all of my photos/videos from both directions except for the videos from my first ride.

Be sure to look at your Friends & Family photos too. It's accessible from the app and the website. It may have been picked up by their band but not yours. By default, only your photos are shown.

We were there at the end of March and went on Tron once. No photos ever showed up. I still check every couple of days. Photos for Space Mountain showed up fine.

First time I rode it i didn’t get the photo, ended up with a photo of the guy in front of me. No issues with the other two rides though.

It appeared today!!!!! They must have found it or just took a long time to load. Got a notification from my Disney app saying new photo!! Woohoo!!

i rode it 4 times in the past week, got video once, no still shots. I even wore a different band the last 2 times. Friends were with me, one got the still shot one time.

On May 3 I saw they had a photos QR code in the queue to click perhaps as a fail safe.

Scanning that QR code will just take you to the MDE settings on your smartphone. There you need to allow the MDE mobile app to have permission to use bluetooth.

Mine randomly showed up like 2 weeks after I rode it.
