I can not wait for this to hit the big screen!

Enjoy!

I agree! I saw it as a preview before alice in 3d this weekend. :thumbsup2

was one of the first in line for the original..............yea, that was me...............cant wait......................

Glad to see there's someone else old enough to remember the first one. I saw the trailer Sunday in Imax 3D before Alice in Wonderland. I went "Woot!!!", and then crickets from the rest of the crowd, all teen agers.

I am old enough to rememebr the first. I have to admit I never saw it then. I got it this past Christmas for my kids. I wasn't sure what to make of it. THe kids weemed to like it though. I am sure that had I seen it when it was in the theater I would have had a different response to it. Maybe I need to watch it again....

Have you heard the rumors for a Flynn's Arcade in Tomorrowland? That would be awesome!

I can't wait!!! Loved the original and really want to see this remake along with Clash of the Titans. :)

Too bad it opens the day after PCC 2.0 ends. It would be a blast to see the movie with a bunch of DISers.

I remember the first one as well. Of course, I was quite young, a toddler, really...

Anyway, I can remember the theater I saw it in... In the lobby they had a half-dozen coin-op Tron video game machines. Anyone remember those ?

They had four games in one all relating to scenes from the movie.

The high scorer's got to play on the "pedestal machine" which had some new-fangled thing called a 'big screen TV' hooked up to the video output and hanging on the wall overhead, so everyone could watch as they played the game...

Ahh, memories... :goodvibes

I LOVED the Tron arcade game. :rotfl2:

I would love to own one of the Tron "consoles" :rotfl: But I doubt I can afford it.

Later,
Dan

can't wait to see this, it looks like they did a pretty amazing job with it!

Love the new trailer. I was only a toddler when the first one came out but remember seeing it on tv and VHS and playing the video game when I was older. I made my DW watch the DVD of the original a couple of years ago and she wasn't impressed, but after we saw the trailer before Alice she turned to me and said, "Ok, now that looks cool." Super stoked.

And sidenote, btw - love the new Tronorails at Epcot. Can't wait to see them in person in May and really, really hope they glow in the dark! :)

Who's to say the Wonder couldn't have an "early sneak preview"?

Has this happened before?

ASKtracy? :confused3

I could never win the motorcycle part.

I did ok with other sections.

Can't wait to tell my dad about this - he's gonna be thrilled!

I always remember my dad trying to watch the original Tron film at home when we were young kids running around in front of the TV.....we certainly made it a hard time for him but I'll be able to go watch this and enjoy it with him :3dglasses

Funny how fairly random things trigger memories you haven't thought about for years!
