Trip Total Breakdown and Insurance?

We are booked at POR 8/26-9/2, Me, DH, DS9, DS7 & DD3, 7 day park hoppers, Free Dining and insurance...total $2485.85. I was wondering if there is anyway I can view our total price online where it is broken down...so I can see exactly how much we are paying and for what? I'm just curious and haven't received my confirmation in the mail yet...Also, I think I am going to cancel my insurance...is there a deadline to do that? I originally booked this about a month ago but called on Thursday and they just added the free dining for me....Thanks.

You can go on the Disney site and price out the room portion and the ticket portion separately. Do the ticket portion first and the rest should be room charge at rack rate. There should be no added charge for the dining.
