Trip to wdw/easter

I know a lot of you will think impossible ,my brother told me last night at my dads 77th birthday party(i am so blessed) that he ,his daughter and some of his friends want to go to wdw over disney,willing to buy annual pass,wants monorail resort,but hadnt thought of wl,do you think any codes will be out for then,ooops i just thought its over easter,they wont honor codes then,will they?How about ap rates,can you get them then?
