I just came up with a short window of opportunity :cool1: to take my daughter to DisnayLand, Anaheim the Wednesday and Thursday after Memorial Day. Does anyone know how busy it's likely to be on those days? I know the weekend would be a zoo- just wondering if it might be OK on the weekdays. My daughter has ADD and 1 to 2 hour lines would be a challenge.

Thanks for any help/advice!

You should post on the DL board instead, you'll get more hits there. :) If your DD has ADD can you get a note from her Dr so you can get a pass for the handicapped lines? We will be there Mem weekend and we leave on Tuesday, I know it will be crowded but my bday is Mem Day so we are going. lol I'm sure that the crowds will die down after Monday if not on Monday. :)

Last year after a very busy Thurs through Sun, it was nice and quiet Mon through Thurs. Seems everyone went home either on Sun or on the holiday Monday! We're hoping it happens again and going on that Mon through Fri, for DS's b'day which is a day after pixie's. :)

Come on over to the DLR forum!

Thanks for the info! Sounds wonderful- good to know it might be a quiet time ad Disneyland. Anyone know where I can go to find out what the abbreviations mean? DH, DS, etc... A few I have guessed from content but much of it is like greek :upsidedow

Thanks!

Dear Husband, Dear Son, DD is Dear Daughter.

Others use D as Disney. Others, when venting/ranting, might have D as a different word, LOL.

Most of the abbreviations will come to you in time. But someone might have a post that gives the explanations....

Oh hey, here it is: http://disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1660743

Ahhh... Thanks so much- I bookmarked the page for future use ;) Its great to have this love of Disney on common with other people. We went on our honeymoon, then again for a second. Once more when my DD was 5. She's 8 now and I want to make sure we get one more trip in while she's little. They grow so fast!

Now I am looking throught the boards and online for money saving tips. We want to do it all of course, but it's been a hard couple of years, so this is a huge expenditure for us. In reality, we should do the practical thing and pay bills :laundy: . But, life is short- go to Disney first!:woohoo: I dont want to look back ten years down the road when my DD is grown and off at college and wish we'd done it.

Ahh- just saw the post about going to the DLR board and getting more hits ther-I'll check it out

Thanks! :goodvibes
