Got our package from Disney travel today. Makes the trip seem so much more real. Getting more and more excited. Only 14 days until we leave and 17days until we are in disneyland.

I think ours is coming today as well, because I got the phone call from UPS yesterday saying they had to "make a delivery" today and someone needed to be at home. Now I am afraid to leave the house!

Call UPS and have them deliver to you at work. That's what I did and it worked perfectly. They delivered it to me the next day.

Great tip, I didn't realize I could call and change delivery time/location -

- I don't have a traditional office job, I am a Pilates personal trainer and tomorrow is my day in which seems like my office is my car. (I could just see a UPS truck doing a hand off at a stop light ) I wonder if I can call and see if UPS can place me at the the end of their route or give them a time when I will be home.

Mickeymo hopefully you can connect with the ups person. (I had to wait a extra day they called on monday saying it would be here tue but actually did not come until today.)

Last year the tickets we got were all the same so no arguing this year the front of the tickets are 2snow white 2buzz lightyear 1mickey and 1cheshire cat. My kids are both calling dibs on the chesire cat one. They are both gonna have to deal with what I give them.

I am going down to The Dalles next weekend for my nieces High School Graduation they have a home depot so I hope to get over there to get some lime green mickey heads to put on my bag for the park. Would be great to see someone from the board there also.

The cards are cute this time how they are all different. My daughter was very happy to get the snow white park hopper.

So those of us who are going to be there on the 17th will be able to ride Toy Story Mid-way mania. That should be fun.

LOL I don't think they can have the truck meet you! Too funny!!! And I don't know if they would let you give them a time when you will be home. I'm pretty sure they won't. BUT if you ask them where to pick it up they can give you that info. I've done that too, gone to the Fed Ex or UPS hub and picked my package up. Or maybe.....if there is a UPS store around you they can deliver it there and you can pick it up there. I've never tried that before.

Pilates Instructor, can you come give me private lessons? LOL I love Pilates but never feel like I have the time to do it.

We had to postpone our trip from March until this June and the kids were excited instead of bummed for this reason only. We missed out on nemo last year and splash was down so there are 3 new to us rides to try this year. This is only our second time to go to disneyland.

Good for you!! When you order through Disney travel, is that like when you order your package online? Can you order tickets only or do you have to do the whole deal (tix, room, etc.)? Do you get a savings at all for ordering early vs. buying at the ticket booths? I like the idea of the different characters. At the Disney Store the tickets are all the same basically. 2 day hoppers have Genie on adult and Aladdin and Abu on childrens, etc.

P.S. I want the cheshire cat too!!

Doing the Doc dance

Missed the UPS driver again and waded through the voice recognition system to reschedule for Monday. At 5:30 someone calls from the central office "Can you be at the closet UPS store - the driver will meet you there?" DH is grabbing his keys even before I take a breath to say "Yes!!!" Hang up with her and immediately the UPS driver calls - "I'll meet you in 2 minutes, can you get there?" DH is out the door - and the folder is now in the house!!!

Not sure who I love more DH or the UPS guy!!!

Dizneekrazee I ordered a package online. Mine came with tickets and hotel and a few extra things. I am not absolutly positive but I think if you preorder tickets at the disneyland site that you do save money as to buying them at the gate. They have a e-print option or a option to have the ticket mailed to you I believe. Hope that helps with what you were asking

Me too!!! We have a package and are in a good neighbor hotel. So you actually get everything rather than the luggage tags and the vouchers like at WDW?

Luveeyore Yes you actually get everything in the package(never been to wdw so do not know what all you get in there packages) We got out voucher for the hotel then the credit card like tickets plus we got the coupons to use for the lanyard and pin. the dtd discount card ttmm tickets. And a couple of 10% of coupons for places. We also got the luggage tags and a disney coin.
