Here's my trip report. Just want to say that it is a blast to wear the ears and well worth the money and any pain they may cause your head! Also, the dining plan is fantastic!!

June 9th:
Went to courthouse in Orange County at 7:30am to get marriage license. There was no wait and it went pretty quickly. Afterwards, we went over to Carolyn Allen's to get Jon's tuxedo. We got there right at 10:00 as they opened and they took us right away.
We checked in to All star sports at around 11:30 and immediately got a room. we were very surprised by the all stars. We really liked them. The theming was great and the rooms were very nice. Our room was in Touchdown and we were right in the middle of everything. We even got a towel swan while we were there! After we checked in, we went to the grand floridian to look for wedding hats. We rode up front in the Monorail on our way there and got our special license. We then headed over to Port Orleans Riverside for a binet and some dinner at Sassagoulas. Of our entire trip, this was the best counter service we had. Jon had jambalya and I had chicken and mashed potatoes. They have the best gravy!! The binets were great too! We also rented a surrey bike and toured the property. That was a lot of fun! 1/2 hour will get you two laps and it was well worth the 16.00. To get home, we rode the boat down the sassagoula. Very nice and romantic.

6/10:
This is the day we took the Backstage magic tour. The Christmas warehouse was one of our favorite things to see The lunch was fabulous too! We ate at Mama Melrose's. I could've eaten just salad! The dressing was great! Everything was good there. After the tour, we went to check out the Polynesian and we ate with my family at the Dolphin Fountain at the Dolphin. The food there was ok. Burger and fry kinda place. Nothing out of this world or anything.

6/11:
This is the day that we checked into Animal Kingdom Lodge. Wow! Our room was fantastic. they upgraded us to a deluxe savannah room. It was big and nice! We had a great view of many animals from our balcony and we were just very pleased with the entire stay. We ate at Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch and was very pleased. The food was fantastic. We all had roast beef. Very filling and very very good. Afterwards it rained a lot so we got to ride many rides with very little wait. We walked on to most rides without a line. It was very nice considering how busy Magic Kingdom typically is. Later that evening we went to the Concourse Steakhouse for dinner. Wow, Wow, Wow!!! Everything we had was fabulous! This was probably our favorite sit down meal as far as food goes the entire trip. steak, salad, soup, ribs, cheesecake, peach cobbler and creme brulee, all fantastic. I highly recommend this place!!
6/12:
Went to Animal Kingdom with our friends. Safari, of course, was great. That was really all we went for. We ate at Pizzafari for lunch. We liked the pizza there very much. we had heard a lot of complaints about the little pizzas, but these pizzas were excellent. I did, however, later learn about the bad pizzas. Those are the ones in the hotel eateries. All the pizza we had in parks was good.
We then went swimming in our pool and met up later for a family dinner at Beaches and Cream I always like beaches and cream. this time I got a chicken sandwich and it was very good. The cheesesteak sandwiches were pretty good too. But of course, they have good burgers.
6/13: Wedding Day
We started off the day by going to Chef Mickey's with the family. This was a great way to start off a magical day. We got to see tons of characters and they have a party there every 20 minutes where everyone swings their napkin around in the air. It was pretty cool. The food was good too, but I was so excited about everything else that was going on that I didn't eat as much as I had planned.
We then went back to the hotel to get ready. Disney cosmo came to do my hair and makeup and I really felt like a princess. It is expensive, but It was well worth it! Then, off to the ceremony. Me, Jon, my family and our two friends all piled into the limo. Jon's family took a separate limo. We entered the hotel and Maxine greeted us and handed me my beautiful pink bouquet and put on Jon's boutineer. She gave us instructions on what we were supposed to do and all of a sudden we were married. It was great. I cried all the way through the vows. Could barely speak a word. Jon got a little teary eyed himself. The cake was huge I was so nervous about having enough wedding cake since I had more than 8 people, but let me tell you, they give you enough for probably 50 people. We ended up throwing out a huge portion of it because there was so much, so no one should ever worry about that cake feeding enough. Oh! Randy Chapman was great! He took so many pictures. I am so excited to see them! I was very pleased with him at the ceremony. I didn't even notice he was there, but my mom said he was just snapping away! After the ceremony, we headed over to the polynesian for dinner at o'hana. I decided to have a little cocktail while we were waiting for our table so I could feel "festive" I got what they called a mauirita. Well, I don't know how much alcohol they put in that thing, but I was drunk. Through the entire dinner my head was spinning and I felt like throwing up. The server had to get me sprite and crackers before the dinner came because I was so sick. It was terrible! I couldn't really enjoy the meal as much as everyone else but what I had was delicious. I loved the salad and the little chicken wings. I wasn't too pleased with the steak. I thought it was very tough, but everything else was good. After we were done eating, the entertainment lady had us stand up and dance while she sang to us. It was very nice since we didn't dance at our reception. Oh, one other thing, while we were getting pictures taken, this guy in swimming trunks (no shirt) came up and took our picture-it was the funniest thing. There is a picture of him in my photo post. Also while we were taking pictures by the board walk a little kid was throwing up in a planter next to us. It was crazy!! So, the day was definitely memorable. I thought it was absolutely beautiful!
6/14:
We got honeymoon pictures done today at the Magic Kingdom. I will post those when we get them back. It was fun, but VERY hot. A cast member at the haunted mansion gave me a rose. I wore it around with my ears the rest of the day. After pictures, we had breakfast at Cinderella's Castle. We had heard bad things about this breakfast, but we were very impressed. I loved the potatoes! One bad thing though was we were very hot from the pictures and then they sat us next to the window and we never really did get cooled down. The sun was shining on us the whole time. But, we did get to see a lot of princesses! After the breakfast they gave us toasting glasses. Afterwards, we went back for a swim, visited with jon's family and then headed over to fortwilderness for a carriage ride We took it at 8:00 and it was the best time. we got to see the sun setting and got an absolutlely beautiful view of the castle. After the ride, it was time for Hoop de doo, probably one of the best times we had all week. I suggest to anyone to wear your ears to this one. They recognized us, we danced together and I was even called up on stage. They put me in a fancy dress and had me do a dance and then I had to say a short line. IT was a blast!! They gave me a picture of myself on stage and a little certificate of participation. We had so much fun! The food was ok. I really liked the salad and the chicken was great, but I wasn't really too fond of the sides. Strawberry shortcake, of course, was good for dessert.

6/15
We started getting tired about here so the days might sound boring to you, but we liked to relax. We went to breakfast in the hotel and then off to epcot. We rode a few rides. Soarin was fantastic!!! We both really enjoyed it. We went to mission space. This was I think the day after the 4 year old boy died on it, so I was very nervous and everyone around us was as well. We got on, the dashboard came into us and then they shut down the ride. They gave us free ride passes, but we were too chicken to go back!!
We went to typhoon lagoon. We loved the wave pool and the lazy river! That pool was fantastic. I have never seen anything like it. We ate lunch at the lagoon at "Leaning Palms" I had a hotdog and jon had pizza. The pizza was great as I mentioned before, but the hotdog wasn't so fantastic. It kinda made me sick to my stomach.
We went back to the room and took a nice nap and then headed out to WinterSummerland mini golf. Very cool! We did the Winter course and I have never seen a better themed golf course. It was great! Only problem with it was that we had to get a cab back because the busses stopped running.

6/16
We had an MGM morning and ate at Sci Fi for Lunch. We liked it. He had a reuben sandwich and I had shrimp pasta. Both were fantastic!! We also had moon pie and 50th celebration cheesecake for dessert. We liked them both. It was just a really good time.
We napped for a few hours and then went to Epcot for illuminations. We were kinda bored by it. We decided it was good to see once but we wouldn't ever go out of our way to see it. Someone else might feel differently, but that was our opinion. It could have been that we had heard a lot of hype for it too and we may have had our expectations to high.

6/17
Went swimming, shopping and then swimming again. This was our relaxation day before our big drive the next day. We went to Magic Kingdom at dark to wrap up the week. It was really nice. We were on thundermountain when the fireworks started. ITwas pretty neat to see them that way. We ate dinner at Columbia harbor house. Fish there was pretty good.
Jon got this huge mickey shaped rice krispy treat with chocolate dipped ears. It was a bargain for the price of 9.00 considering it was bigger than his head! It was really good too.

6/18
Ate breakfast at the Boma Buffet. Very good and filling for a nice long ride home. We left right after breakfast and we have been sad ever since. It was a really great trip with so many memories.

That sounds like a wonderful trip!!! I hope my wedding is as beautiful as yours... we are looking to get married at SeaBreeze Pointe as well and now after seeing yours, it makes me think that's the right place to do it... :sunny: So pretty... you both looked wonderful and I LOVE your tiara... you truly look like a princess... I love your pics and your reports!!! Thank you so much!!! Good luck and God bless your marriage. :flower:

I'm really glad we did it at seabreeze. We originally wanted the yacht club gazebo, but with seabreeze, it is easier to hear and the family absolutely loved it.
We think Jon's family had this idea that the wedding was going to be "not so great" because it was in Disney World, but they were pleasantly surprised. All they talked about was how beautiful it was.

Sounds like you had a wonderful time! Congratulations on your wedding!
