Thanks for the trip report. I enjoyed it. Were you staying at concierge at PP? We are hoping to go next month and debating between DLH and PP.

Didn't stay Concierge. As for which hotel to choose, this is just my opinion but I would stay at PP again. I did a couple of tours around DLH, to see if we might stay there on a future trip, and while I will admit that it is themed way more than PP, I liked the convenience to the parks that PP has to offer. It's about two minute walk to DCA through the private PP entrance and about a five minute walk to DL if you go through GC. If you stay at the DLH you have to walk the entire length of DTD to get to DCA. You can catch the monorail to DL from near the DLH, but if you want to go in through the front gate, you have the same walk as to DCA. Wherever you stay, I'm sure you will have a great time

Thanks for your help, Grog. I also like the idea of PP's convenience to the parks. My kids like the idea of the DLH pool. I'm sure we'll be happy at either place.
