Day 2 Disney Studios

We woke up early and after changing walked straight to the Disney Studios. As we had only checked in the night before, the only breakfasts left for the day were at 10 and 10.30am at the hotel, so not wanting to take time off our day at the Studios we decide to arrive at the Studios for 8.30am to get breakfast for opening.

:earsboy:

As soon as we entered the turnstiles we were greeted by Minnie Mouse(my favourite) and Donald Duck. So after getting a few pictures and autographs, we headed into Studio 1. The food shops however were not open. So we looked around the shops, until the grand opening of the Studios.

We were let into the park and were greeted by more characters: Tic, Tac (chip and dale) and Daisy Duck. After getting their autographs we went on the Flying Carpets over Agrabah, with only a few minutes wait.

We then went on the Studio Tram Tour, also with only a few minutes.

We then went back to Studio 1 and got some Pain au chocolats for breakfast. Then we were back to the attractions.

We caught the first showing of Animagique.

That day we did all the attractions, except Rock'n'roller coaster (I do not go on rides which go upside down). At the Art of Animation we got to draw Mushu at the end where you are taught to draw.

The Cinema Parade was brilliant and I got some lovely photos of it (I do not know how to put photos into the threads, explaining the no photos).

At about 5 pm we went into the Disneyland Park.

We went on Pirates of the Carribean and It's a small world.

At the end of the day we went on Big Thunder Mountain (my favourite). It was absolutely amazing in the dark, as all the tunnels are really dark and makes the atmosphere of the ride a lot better.

As it was not 8pm yet when we got off the ride we went on again. Yey!!!!

We then went back to Hotel Cheyenne to eat dinner at the Chuck Wagon Cafe.

I never tire of going on the Tram Tour - great in the winter, even though you get wet and cold at Catastrophe Canyon, you then get fried on the set of Reign of Fire - great stuff.

The combination of Studio 1 and Pain au Chocolat sounds heavenly - I'd swap that right now for sitting in front of my PC working!

Caroline, if you want to put photos on, which we'd love to see, this is how it's done:
You need to find a web hosting service eg: http://photobucket.com. This will give your pictures their own individual URLs.
When your photos have a URL
1. get the photo to the size you want by double left-clicking on it to
make it big
2. rightclick on the photo you want to use
3. properties
4. rightclick on URL address
5. select all
6. rightclick again
7. copy
8. go back to the text where you want to put the photo
type:
with no spaces

Thank You-I will have a go at the photos on the next part of the trip report.

When we were there the weather was okay.
A bit drizzley on Wednesday Morning, but then it cleared up and became a bit sunnier on Wednesday Afternoon and Evening.
