I am so sorry I am getting the rest of our trip reports up so late. My dd just finished school but to start her summer off she broke her thumb. Plus we now have 5 braces on the top front teeth. It has been fun so far!!!

Today we decide to grab some breakfast in the food court. Epcot does not open until 10:00. Off to the bus station at 9:15.

We arrive at Epcot and head for Test Track. Once again it is hot out. Hotter than usual. We always go the end of April or the first part of May. This is highly unusual. But you keep going. We also get Universe of Energy, Honey I Shrunk the Audience out of the way. We did not do the Living Seas or the ride in the land this time. We have seen it so many times. I think these need some rehab. But then again some others do too. Just decided to skip these this time. We grab some lunch in the Land. The Nestle's Cookie Factory is going to have their first cooking class so we send our daughter over. This is alot of fun for the kids.

It is off to the World Showcase, daughter wants to get her passport stamped and work on her mask from the Kidcot stations. This is something fun for the kids to do in the showcase. John Cafferty & the Beaver Brown Band is playing for the Flower Power concerts. We sit and enjoy watching them for awhile.

It is about 6:00p.m. and daughter is really hot. Mom stays and shops in the shops for awhile and DH and DD head back to the hotel to swim and cool off. I am kind of disappointed in the shops. I think they have sold the same things for the past ? years. And I think they are sitting in the same spots. There were a few new things in the American Adventure shop. Didn't really buy anything in the showcase so I decided to head up front to shop.

After a couple hours, I head back to the hotel. I needed to grab my two fishes and take them to the food court for some dinner. We sure are eating more in the food court on this visit. But then again as I mentioned it is alot hotter on this time and we are taking advantage of the hotel pool more. Eating later than usual.

On to the next day - Day 7 MGM Studios.

Sounds like you had fun (broken thumb afterward excluded).

Tell more about the Nestle cooking thing. Where is that? What do they do? Does it cost extra? My DD (10) would probably love it.

I know what you mean about the merchandise in the stores, except for the 100 year stuff nothing seems very new or updated!

Lainy67 - The Nestle's Cookie Cooking Class is with the food court in the Land. If you look at the food court, it sits to the far left. There are certain times posted. The children all receive chef hats. They make the batter and get the cookies ready to bake. Our DD had alot of fun doing this. At the end, they all get a couple cookies to keep. It is free. It does fill up fast. You need to be there alittle before the posted time a/c they only allow maybe a dozen kids to do this at a time. Hope this helps!

We tend to spend a lot of time in Epcot. I hope it starts opening earlier again. Too bad about the braces and thumb, hope she's feeling better.

MEGANSMOM - Thank You so much. I will definitely try to get this done. We have a ps for the Ice Cream Social on the first day we arrive, and we will spend several hours around that there. So maybe then.

Wondered what happened to ya:confused:

Sorry about DDs thumb:(

Thanks for sharing more:)

Great report. Never heard of the Nestlie thing either. I guess you learn something new on these boards every day.
