Thursday 5 April

After a rest day on Wednesday doing shopping we went to the studios park on Thursday. Despite all the construction work there are some fantastic attractions and my family really like this park. It is very different with more shows than rides. We managed to do everything in the park in a day.

The highlights were animagique, cinemagique, and DD's loved drawing Disney characters in the Art of Disney Animation - we spent ages in there. A tip for the stunt show is to sit at the front on the side which means you get out first and can go straight into rock and roller coaster with hardly any queue. The parade was great and the queues for the characters smaller. We got to meet mickey and mini with hardly any wait.

The only disappointment was Armageddon - I wouldn't bother doing this again. Not very exciting for the length of wait.

:) We enjoyed WDS too, but didn't do as much as you.
Animagique was great though.

I'm looking forward to going back when all the works finished to see everything again.

Never done Armeggedon either so still not sure whether to add this to our list.

The Studios seem to be maturing nicely :)

Another great day. :goodvibes I love the Studios but am not keen on Armageddon. I was expecting something spectacular after all the hype in the pre-show! :rotfl2: It is actually better on subsequent goes as you know what to expect. ;)

Me too. I was disappointed as it didnt seem to last very long and certainly wasnt as intense as I thought it would be.
