You can check out www.tourguidemike.com. Some people like it, some don't. I think it's better for those who are new to Disney World or have not been there in some time.

Well, we use the DIS, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. That has worked very well for us for 3+ trips so far. I remember a few times that folks have posted spread sheets thatthey have used.
