So, I need to plan my trip for 2009 sooner rather than later. So, how do I go about getting the entertainment rate for the HOJO? That's probably the only way we will be able to go to any Disney property next year. Well, that or spending a few days at WDW and a few days at my mom's house (vs spending a week at DLR). But I am leaning towards DLR because I am a convert. :D

This is a good start:

When is the entertainment rate available?

This information is from the Howard Johnson's Insider Boards web site, which is different from the main hotel website.

You do not need the entertainment card upon making reservations, but rather will need it at check in, in order to secure that rate. Do you have or will you be acquiring the 2009 entertainment book? also, when calling regarding this rate, call their in house reservationists, for the 800 number will just lead you for confusion regarding this rate, for the 800 number customer service representatives, will most likely NOT know what you are speaking of.

Here is the entertainment book ordering site
