Trip Itinerary Spreadsheet/Document?

Hi everyone,

I am one of those detailed planners who likes to be as organized as possible. I have made really detailed word documents before, but that always takes a lot of time and is hard to look at by first glance when there are multiple pages. Does anyone have a spreadsheet document or anything similar that they have used for planning their Disney World trip! I would love to see what people have done! I don't know where to begin or how I should make it look on Spreadsheet!
