Here are the details for my 1st anniversary trip with my husband!
We are going to arrive by car late afternoon/ early evening November 11th, and we will spend 3 nights at the Candy Cane Inn. (I chose that one because I liked the name and the reviews were good, and they have free parking and breakfast and a shuttle if we are too tired to walk.)
We decided to only do two full days as we just bought a house and have a lot of things to do before can move in at the end of the year. We'll probably do one day at each park with extra time to hang out at Downtown Disney. I'm excited! As many times as I've been to DL, I've never actually stayed there since I have family in LA. Our anniversary in on the 13th.
After over 8 years of working at WDW, I've had major Disney withdrawal since moving to Silicon Valley in January. Going from being totally spoiled with unlimited access and discounts to living 6 hours away from any Disney park and being lucky if I get to go a couple times a year is depressing!
